1. Booking and Payment

Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment gateways. 1.3 Final payment is due 7 days before the departure date unless otherwise agreed. 1.4 Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or receipt from us.

2. Cancellations and Amendments

2.1 Cancellations by the Client

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., payment processing or administrative costs).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the tour date may incur charges up to 100% of the total booking amount (non-refundable).

2.2 Cancellations by Tour From Marrakech

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel or amend a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or government regulations. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.

2.3 Amendments

• Any request to amend your booking (e.g., change dates, add participants) must be made in writing. We will endeavor to accommodate your requests, but changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Travel Insurance

3.1 We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability. 3.2 Tour From Marrakech is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of travel insurance or insufficient coverage.

4. Liability and Responsibilities

4.1 Tour From Marrakech is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. 4.2 We act as intermediaries between clients and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport companies). While we aim to provide quality services, we are not responsible for any negligence or failure on the part of third-party providers. 4.3 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate in the tour. Any health conditions should be disclosed prior to booking.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 Tour From Marrakech is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data you provide will be used solely for the purposes of processing your booking and providing our services. 6.2 We do not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your booking or as mandated by law.

7. Complaints and Disputes

7.1 If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your guide or contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. 7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Morocco.
