Your journey begins in Mhamid as you meet your trek team and prepare to embark. After setting out, you’ll traverse the rolling dunes of Sidi Naji, taking a break for a traditional lunch amidst the serene desert. The first night will be spent camping under the starry sky in the heart of the dunes.
On day two, we continue our trek to the mesmerizing Erg Ezzahar, known for its hauntingly beautiful “howling” winds. After a sunset tea ceremony atop the dunes, you’ll savor a delicious Moroccan tajine, followed by a magical night sleeping under the stars.
The trek continues deeper into the desert as we journey through the Ezzahar dunes alongside our camels and nomadic companions. After a picnic lunch, we’ll set up camp for the night at Lahdaibat, where you’ll enjoy another authentic dinner prepared by your guide.
The final day of your adventure begins with a hearty breakfast before setting off back towards Mhamid El Ghizlane. Once in Mhamid, you’ll have time to rest and freshen up before reflecting on the incredible journey you’ve completed.
